Are the Collars which are present at the start of a session just reminders, as hey are Glass ones, to prevent an alternative option being selected in error or are these routes no longer allowed?

While I suspect the former as they aren't Red it would be good to get confirmation.

I'm running Koblenz-Lutzel with the downloaded 1996 Rheingold timetable in operation from 0500hrs Wednesday 05 June 1996 and with some delay probability set, and I get a calls from Weissenthurm telling me "Train ***** is +**, arriving after *****. Thanks!"

This happened once and I noticed that neither train ever arrived, but it has just happened again at 0825hrs with the message, "Train 46717 is +30,arriving after 60463. Thanks!", so I looked deeper into it and found that there are two issues here.

Firstly, trains 46717 and 60463 are not listed in the 'Trains Overview' window, but secondly, when I enter their numbers in the 'Time Table Viewer' window the numbers are recognised but both trains show as booked to approach from Neuwied and not Weissenthurm. In this case also, neither train ever arrived. I'm puzzled!

Has this kind of situation happened with other players, in this or any other sims?

Aside from this small issue, I'm really enjoying this sim with its mix of freight and passenger traffic, with slower and faster trains to keep your eye on,the trains which are booked to call at Urmitz Platform 3, and the trains which are booked towards Neuwied which, if you don't keep your eye on will be signalled automatically towards Weissenthurm.

Regards,

I've looked through the forum, including the German and Dutch sections, but didn't find an answer, so my apologies if this has been covered elsewhere. Apologies also if this should be posted in the timetable thread, as I'm not sure if it's a TT or a sim issue.

I'm running Koblenz-Lutzel with the Rheingold 1996 timetable set to Mon June 06 1996 and have encountered the following problem. When an

'R Abt' (shunting loco?) movement is due to enter from either Gbf or Rheinhafen, the sim freezes with whatever trains are already on the sim staying where they are even though the Train Information window shows them as moving. At first I thought it was just a sim issue but when it happened a second and third time I went looking for the common denominator, which is the aforementioned 'R Abt' shunting movements.

When I right click on the train in the train information window I can view the consist but there are no timings visible. After starting a fresh sim from the time it froze until the next R Abt appeared a couple of times, I found that when the sim freezes with an R Abt in the train info window I just right click and select 'Cancel Train', the R Abt disappears and the sim unfreezes.

While it means I can work around the problem as detailed above, I am missing out on all the little shunt moves that go to make these sims more interesting than just running trains through my area of control. Has this problem been encountered by any other Koblenz-Lutzel users? Is it a known bug? I have saved sims if the developers need to see what I'm talking about.

Regards,
